Crowne Plaza Vienna Hotel

I recently stayed at Maxx for a business trip with my clients. The staff at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay pleasant. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy mattresses and plenty of pillows. The work desk was large, perfect for my needs, and I appreciated the thoughtful addition of a cosmetic mirror on the dressing table. The shower was spacious, and the room service was great. The hotel itself was quiet, offering lovely views, and the nearby Billa supermarket was convenient for stocking up on drinks. Public transport was just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being just next to the metro station. It made getting around this city so easy and convenient. the hotel is near the city center, awesome for quick access to all the main attractions. The staff at the hotel were friendly, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. the hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful spa area and fitness center that were located on the roof of the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast provided was the best I've had anywhere in Europe, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel lacks fresh air as the windows do not open, relying solely on air conditioning.

The room decor was amazing and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The spa area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the attention to detail in the hotel's decor was beautiful. I really appreciated the complimentary fruit in the lobby and the Nespresso machine in the room. The location was also great, right across the road from the u-bahn station, making it easy to get to key locations in the city.

There were a few drawbacks. One downside was that the room did not have amenities such as an iron or shelves to put stuff on.

The hotel had a stunning view, an extraordinary breakfast, and a fantastic spa. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel was so cute that I didn't want to go out in the evening. The dinner was super delicious and I would highly recommend staying there.

maxx surpassed my expectations, exceeding my previous vienna stay. the spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and convenient location near the metro made my relaxation unforgettable. plus, they're dog-friendly, a huge bonus for pet lovers like me!
